PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absolute temperature output sensor that can configure an output of a measurement point of a temperature difference sensor for measuring physical quantities such as gas flow, gas concentration, pressure and radiation with only a hardware circuit configuration.;SOLUTION: The absolute temperature output sensor utilizes a fact that a temperature difference sensor 20 such as a thermopile, and an absolute temperature sensor 30 such as a diode and a resistance temperature sensor each have substantially constant temperature coefficients in a specific temperature range within a predetermined service temperature range. The absolute temperature output sensor is formed by combination of the temperature difference sensor 20 and the absolute temperature sensor 30, and comprises: adjustment means 200 amplifying output voltages of the sensors on request, and performing adjustment so that the temperature coefficients of the sensors are identical to one another in a desired temperature range; and adding means 300 adding the outputs. The output thus obtained is an output proportional to an absolute temperature at a measurement point of the temperature difference sensor 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
