PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure and a construction method for repairing and reinforcing an existing steel girder, which are expected to exert a suppression effect on both of in-plane bending and out-of-plane bending.;SOLUTION: Structure for repairing and reinforcing a vertical-girder and cross-girder joint of an existing steel girder, employs composite structure in which a vertical-girder web end is integrated by reinforced concrete 5.
