PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piano roll type musical score display device which suitably displays a piano roll type musical score of chords included in musical score information.;SOLUTION: A piano roll type musical score display device includes chord extraction means 110 of extracting chords included in musical score information; output start time point determination means 114 of determining an output start time point of a chord extracted by the chord extraction means 110 upon the basis of an output start time point of at least one musical performance sound among output start time points of a plurality of musical performance sounds superposed and output one over another as the chord; piano roll type musical score display control means 116 of displaying, as a piano roll type musical score representing the chord, a zone image representing the chord including a time point, corresponding to the output start time point determined by the output start time point determination means 114, at one end.
