PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action tendency presentation system or the like capable of efficiently and visually grasping the overall tendency of a customer in a store.;SOLUTION: In a store, the flow line of a user in a selling area is acquired, and recorded in a flow line DB 5. A store terminal 3 displays an action tendency presentation screen 100a, and when the selling area and user attributes are selected, flow line data 25 matching the selected user attributes and including the selected selling area are extracted from the flow line DB 5. The store terminal 3 totals the extracted flow line data 25 including the same route, and rearranges the flow line data 25 in the order of high frequency.
