PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain detailed information such as why a consumer has purchased, and with what the consumer has compared prior to purchase.;SOLUTION: The consumer needs analyzing system includes: a customer tracing unit for tracing an analyzed person; a product tracing unit for tracing an analyzed object; a traced customer/product relationship analyzing unit for analyzing a relationship between the traced customer and a product from a gesture made by the customer against a specific product; a focused product estimating unit for estimating what the traced customer focuses on; a gesture detecting unit for analyzing what type of gestures the customer makes; a customer information collecting unit for acquiring information on the customer; a product information collecting unit for collecting information on the analyzed product; and an information storage unit for storing information. The information storage unit records specific gestures made by the customer, so that the traced customer/product relationship analyzing unit determines whether or not the specific customer purchases the focused product when it is determined the a gesture made by the analyzed person is the specified gesture.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
