PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mega solar power generation panel device characterizing symbiosis of the natural ground surface of crop land or field and mountain utilized as frame foundation and a solar power generation panel.;SOLUTION: The land becoming the pillar foundation of a mega solar photovoltaic power generation panel does not become a death land, nor the land is established anew, but while utilizing crop land or forestry of field and mountain under use, it is used as the foundation land of frame pillar together with natural land, in symbiosis. Power generation effect of the solar power generation panel is doubled by the double-sided power generation function, and the cost is reduced because the tracking operation for always facing the panel surface to the irradiation surface of sunlight according to periodic tour of the sun is performed manually by a farmer during a slight margin time of farm work.
