PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously monitor a fuel pool temperature and a fuel pool water level even when the fuel pool temperature of a used fuel pool and the fuel pool water level thereof cannot be directly measured.SOLUTION: A used fuel pool water monitoring device 1a according to an embodiment comprises: a fuel pool data reception processing part 9 that receives fuel pool process data 13 from a used fuel pool installation apparatus 3, and receives fuel composition data 14 from a reactor core performance calculation device 2; a fuel pool data storage part 10 that stores fuel pool process data 13a and fuel composition data 14a; a fuel pool data status monitoring calculation part 11 that calculates a calorific value of a fuel on the basis of the fuel composition data 14a, and calculates a calculation value of the fuel pool temperature on the basis of the calculated calorific value thereof and the fuel pool process data 13a; and a fuel pool data calculation result display part 15 that displays the calculation value of the fuel pool temperature.
