PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer survival rate estimation system which can be applied to a user who does not actually make a purchase.;SOLUTION: The customer survival rate estimation system includes: a log database 210 for storing data relating to the purchase behavior and pre-purchase behavior of a user with respect to the merchandise; a survival rate estimation processing part 220 for calculating a customer survival rate and a pre-purchase behavior survival rate on the basis of the data in the log database 210 in response to a customer survival rate analysis request from a terminal 100 for an analyzer; and a latent survival rate estimation processing part 230 for calculating an expected survival rate indicating the purchase transition probability of a certain user with respect to certain merchandise, and for multiplying the expected survival rate by the corresponding pre-purchase behavior survival rate to calculate an estimated survival rate from the pre-purchase behavior, and for setting, for example, the maximum customer survival rate from among the estimated survival rate from the pre-purchase behavior and the customer survival rates calculated by the survival rate estimation processing part 220 to the final survival rate, and for transmitting the final survival rate as a customer survival rate analysis result to the terminal 100 for an analyzer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
