PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular agent that has masked a bitter taste and a disagreeable taste of a galenical ingredient contained therein such as Geranium thunbergii, Geranium thunbergii extract, Geranium thunbergii extract powder, Scopolia extract, Scopolia extract powder, or the like though rapidly disintegrating in the oral cavity, and an intraorally rapidly disintegrating tablet containing the same.SOLUTION: The granular agent is obtained by a step (step 1) where Geranium thunbergii extract powder, three-time diluted Scopolia extract and cyclodextrin are ground and mixed together by means of a grinding and mixing machine to give ground matter composed of ground particles of the Geranium thunbergii extract powder, the three-time diluted Scopolia extract and cyclodextrin mutually adhered; and a step (step 2) where the ground and mixed matter manufactured in step 1, a binding agent (hydroxypropylcellulose) and anhydrous ethanol are mixed, kneaded and granulated together to give a granule and subsequently the thus-obtained granule is sieved and dried. The intraorally rapidly disintegrating tablet comprises the granular agent.
