PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guidance device, a guidance program and a storage medium for guiding a guidance object in accordance with the moving status of a user and the characteristics of the guidance object or the like.SOLUTION: A guidance device 1 includes: a storage part 11 for storing content information 112 having at least the reproduction time of content and information related to a region for providing the content; moving status calculation means 101 for calculating the current position and moving speed of a user 2; content selection means 102 for, on the basis of the current position and moving speed of the user 2 calculated by the moving status calculation means 101, selecting the content such that the position where it is estimated that the user 2 is present after the lapse of the reproduction time of the content is within the region for providing the content from the content information 112; and reproduction means 103 for reproducing the content selected by the content selection means 102.
