Lactic acid and either ammonia or amine being production manner of the complex, reacting 1 or the multiple saccharides with barium hydroxide, with carbon dioxide ammonia or amine, or, the carbonate of ammonia or amine and/or making at least portion of process and the aforementioned 1st reaction blend contact which generate the 1st reaction blend which includes lactic acid barium, with bicarbonate, the manner which includes the process which generates the aforementioned complex and the 2nd reaction blend which includes barium carbonate.
