PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, device, method and program, for detecting the fall of a detection object. PSOLUTION: An information processor 110 includes: an acceleration maximum value extraction part 310 for receiving translation acceleration data and angular velocity data, extracting the translation acceleration data wherein the absolute value of the translation acceleration data for each axis at the sampling time is the maximum, and updating the absolute maximum value of the translation acceleration; an angular velocity maximum value extraction part 314 for extracting absolute maximum value angular velocity data from the angular velocity data, extracting the angular velocity data wherein the absolute value of the angular velocity at the sampling time is the maximum, and updating the absolute maximum value of the angular velocity; and a fall determination part 318 for determining that the detection object has fallen when both of the extracted absolute maximum values of the translation acceleration data and the angular velocity data exceed an acceleration threshold and an angular velocity threshold.
