The implant has a fiber by which a section of the implant is reducible by applying of traction (5) on the fiber in a diameter according to an increasing of implant at an extended diameter by unfolding or expansion of the diameter with an expansion unit. The diameter is opposite to reduced diameter. A guide device is provided for guiding of the fiber, where the implant is made of biocompatible material such as nitinol memory material.
