PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daily living area setting device capable of automatically setting a daily living area of a user.;SOLUTION: A daily living area setting system includes: storage means for making a positioning point and a positioning time positioning a present position of a portable terminal transmitted from the portable terminal correspond to each other and storing the positioning point and positioning time in a prescribed data base; basic data generation means for generating basic data making the positioning point and the positioning time correspond to a mesh area to which the positioning point belongs; mesh data generation means for calculating the number of times of positioning of the positioning point in each mesh area in a prescribed time and/or stay time of a user of the portable terminal on the basis of the basic data and generating mesh data making each mesh area and the calculated number of times of positioning and/or the stay time correspond to each other; and daily living area setting means for setting the mesh area having a prescribed threshold or more of the number of times of positioning and/or the stay time included in the mesh data as a daily living area of the user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
