PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the required number of ports of a fading emulator used for generating signals for evaluation to be transmitted to a terminal with a multiantenna to be evaluated.SOLUTION: A system includes a fading emulator having M (M≥2) output ports supplying signal sequences non-correlated to each other, N (N≥2M) transmission antennas including vertically polarized wave elements and horizontally polarized wave elements, M distributors for distributing each output from the fading emulator so as to be supplied to each of the polarized wave elements of the N transmission antennas such that the signal sequences from the output ports different to each other of the fading emulator are supplied to each of the same polarized wave elements of the adjacent transmission antennas and each of the polarized wave elements of the same transmission antennas, and 2N phase shifters respectively inserted between the distributors and each of the polarized wave elements. A phase value of each of the phase shifters is set such that a correlation among the respective signal sequences transmitted from the respective polarized wave elements of the N transmission antennas is minimized at a position of a terminal to be evaluated.
