PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lowering conveyance device 1 which conveys articles from an upper side to a lower side by using gravity, and can brake without using power and stably receive and deliver the articles.;SOLUTION: The lowering conveyance device 1 includes: wheels 21, 22 rotatably disposed respectively in pairs on the upper part and lower part of a frame body 10 provided upright on a floor; a pair of endless strip bodies 30 stretched between the wheels 21, 22 and reciprocating; and a conveying table 40 held by the endless strip bodies 30, and conveys articles from an upper feeding position 91 to a lower discharging position 92 by gravity. In the lowering conveyance device 1, a generator 60 rotating by being linked with a rotary shaft of the wheel 21 or 22 is provided, and the lifting of the conveying table 40 is braked by using electric energy obtained by the generator 60.
