PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket medium processor and a ticket medium processing method which can issue a ticket medium whose duplication is difficult and ticket examination processing using the ticket medium.;SOLUTION: The ticket medium processor is provided with: an instruction means for receiving the issue instruction of a ticket medium having ticket examination information necessary for ticket examination processing; a reading means for irradiating an original ticket medium having a unique identifier readable with the rays of light in a specific wavelength range with rays of light in the specific wavelength range to read the identifier based on the reception of the issue instruction via the instruction means; a two-dimensional code creation means for creating a two-dimensional code by encrypting ticket examination information necessary for ticket examination processing by using a value obtained by the identifier read by the reading means as a key; and a printing means for printing the two-dimensional code created by the two-dimensional code creation means on an original ticket medium.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
