RSS element creation program and information management distribution system using RSS element using the same

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RSS information processing program for preparing a document by an information creator, and extracting automatically RSS information, when assigning RSS processing, to be transmitted onto a web, and to provide a distribution control system therefor. PSOLUTION: This RSS element preparation program comprises a means for setting an item constituting an RSS element, a means for extracting a data corresponding to the item from data information, a means for inputting an arbitrary data into the item constituting the RSS element, when incapable of extracting the data, and a means for preparing an RSS element. This information control distribution system by the RSS element is provided with an RSS element notifying means for informing an address of a selected transmitted side terminal of header information of the prepared RSS element, an RSS element display means for displaying the RSS element with the informed header information, and an original data distribution means for distributing original data of the RSS element.
