PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily adjust a wind velocity inside a road tunnel when a fire breaks out therein by effectively utilizing an available jet fan while avoiding spread of smoke in the road tunnel.;SOLUTION: A road tunnel 1 is provided with: one or more jet fan 4; air-exhaust ventilators 2 and 3; anemometers 5A and 5B and a control device 7. When a fire breaks out and a point of a fire breakout is detected, following decisions are made to perform drive control of the jet fan or the air-exhaust ventilator: a wind velocity set value which is a target wind velocity to respond to the fire depending on a fire compartment taking into consideration a wind direction and a wind velocity inside the road tunnel 1 and a state of a traffic jam measured by a traffic volume measuring device 6; a necessary ventilation amount on the basis of the wind velocity set value; the jet fan or the air-exhaust ventilator to be used depending on the fire compartment on the basis of the necessary ventilation amount; and an air flow of each of the jet fan or the air-exhaust ventilator to be used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
