Plant operation know-how automatic extraction system

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic know-how extraction system for plant operation which stores and utilizes know-how required to safely, securely and efficiently operate/manage water supply and sewerage facilities. PSOLUTION: The automatic know-how extraction system for plant operation includes: a controlling controller/data inputting and outputting means 1 for performing the input/output of process data and process control required to operate/manage the water supply and sewerage facilities; a database 3 for storing process data of a plurality of water supply and sewerage facility plants; a wide area knowledge extracting means 4 for extracting process data; and a knowledge utilization control means 5 for simulating how a process behaves before controlling each device by utilizing knowledge by which process data is grouped or classified/extracted by the wide area knowledge extracting means for each range of data regarding know-how or knowledge about a fluctuation between data or the control target value setting thereabout, and operation for the purpose of the decision-making of an operation, such as a control target value or start/stop of the device.
