PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workload estimation program, a workload estimation method and a workload estimation device for precisely estimating a workload relating to an inspection work.SOLUTION: A computer is made to execute: a step of referring to a first storage means in which the average number of days of hospitalization of a patient who has left the hospital and the attributes of the patient who has left the hospital are stored to be associated with each other, and calculating the predicted remaining number of days of hospitalization of the patient who is in the hospital based on the number of days of hospitalization and the attributes relating to the patient who is in the hospital; a step of acquiring a first detail amount of a medical practice generated in the number of days of hospitalization with respect to the patient who is in the hospital; a step of acquiring a second detail amount of the medical practice to the patient who has left the hospital whose attributes are the same as those of the patient who is in the hospital from the first storage means; a step of calculating a third detail amount of the medical practice to the patient who is in the hospital generated in accordance with the remaining number of days of hospitalization of the patient who is in the hospital based on the second detail amount; and a step of outputting the detail amount of the medical practice to the patient who is in the hospital based on the first detail amount and the third detail amount.
