PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict vital phenomena efficiently with high accuracy. PSOLUTION: A graph 101 shows an expression pattern of a transcriptional factor HSF1 and an inhibitor HSP70 which constitute a known NFL (Negative Feedback-Loop) pair. A graph 102 shows an expression pattern of a molecule pair to be predicted. The commonality between the molecule pair to be predicted and the known NFL molecule pair is determined by comparison between the expression pattern on the graph 102 and the expression pattern on the graph 101. A confirmation process is executed using a transcriptional factor list table 110. If a molecule P1 is in the transcriptional factor list table 110, the molecule P1 is determined to be a transcriptional factor.
