PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseptic filling system of drink food into a vessel capable of achieving a predetermined "aseptic level of a vessel" without introducing a sterilization device of the vessel.;SOLUTION: A preform is formed by a compression forming machine 11b. The preform is taken out of the compression forming machine 11b at a high temperature and supplied to a vessel manufacturing part or a bottle manufacturing part 10 while the high temperature is kept. The inside of a clean box 40 where each device is placed and the outer surface of each device is sterilized. The inside of the clean box 40 is kept to be pressurized by filtered pure air. The bottle manufacturing part 10 and a filling and sealing part 20 are neighboring to and directly connected to each other in the same clean box, and partitioned by a W.B.Z.
