PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden due to the reception processing of the same telegraphic message without causing any trouble even if the order of receiving telegraphic messages is interchanged. PSOLUTION: Serial number setting sections 60, 70 of a wireless type sensor 16-11 and a radio wave repeater 14-1 repeatedly generate serial numbers which are varied continuously within a range from 0 to 255 and in the case of transmission, a serial number being generated is set to a telegraphic message and transmitted. A serial number management section 66 of the radio wave repeater 14-1 acquires a transmission source ID and a serial number from a received telegraphic message, an update prohibition range from the acquired serial number to a serial number preceding by 128 numbers is set and maintained for a predetermined time for each transmission source ID, and processing of a received telegraphic message having a serial number included in the update prohibition range is prohibited.
