Methods and compositions are provided for treating agru00cdculas products to control microorganisms.The Method about Agricultural Products by contacting the surface of agricultural products with an aqueous solution comprising (i) a peru00c1cido Organic formula of RC (o) (Where R is Methyl, Ethyl, propyl or propyl - N - S; (ii) an organic acid selected 2 - hydroxy acid TARTu00c1RICO, Citric Acid, Malic acid,Maleic acid and lactic acid (optionally); and (iii) an Anionic Surfactant; and the aqueous solution has a pH of 2.5 to 6.0.
