Described is a complex formed by a copper compound, which includes a combination of the copper element as an active substance in the fungicide and bactericide composition with formula adjuvants for obtaining a phytosanitary product for sale, distribution and use; the complex is a carboxylic acid derivative and a calcium compound, which includes a coadjuvant established as a chemical substance intended to optimize and/or modify the physical properties of the pesticide which is an alkyl polysaccharide of C8-C10; also includes a first dispersant, established as a formulation adjuvant for reducing the cohesion between solid and liquid particles, thus facilitating the dispersion or suspension of the ingredients of the formulated product; a second dispersant is included selected and conformed by elements such as: naphthalene sulfonate, sodium salt from naphthalene sulfonate, lignin sulfonate; and finally includes a moisturizing agent, an anti-foam agent and a stabilizer, where the moisturiz ing agent is a non-ionic surfactant, fatty alcohol, polyalcohol. The fungicide/bactericide composition is designed for being presented in powder to be sprinkled (DP), granules (GR), water-soluble granules (WG), powders with moisturizing capacity (WP), concentrated suspensions (SC), water-soluble tablets (WT), and/or any other suitable presentation for being applied to crops.
