The invention relates to building dry finishing mixes, to so-called liquid wall paper used for covering and lining walls and ceilings in the inner premises of buildings and constructions. The dry building finishing mix includes binding agent - Na-carboxymethylcellulose (Na-CMC), fiber materials and cellulose. According to the invention, as fiber material polypropylene fiber with linear density of elementary fiber 0.1-2.0 and/or acryl threads, and/or cotton threads are included, and as cellulose fiber of cellulose wastes and/or cotton cellulose are included, and/or wood cellulose. The technical result is in increase of ecological safety of coating formed of the mix, with increase of strength of material and improvement of composition of the components, increase of color spectrum and variety of combinations of decorative patterns of coating formed of the mix.
