A movable chlorination installation includes vessel for solution of disinfection mean, pump and system of pipelines with fittings, batching counter. The batching counter is arranged as a cylindrical nozzle with sensitive element of electric conductivity (redox-potential, acidity) of liquid placed in front of it. The opening of the nozzle is directed normally with respect to the chlorinated water flow. Action of the batching counter consists in account of the ratio of velocities of reagent flow and chlorinated water flow.
