摘要

A method for improvement of photometric method for determination of content of histamine in fish products includes use of 10.0-10.2 g of sample of fish product that is extracted with solution of trichloroacetic acid in amount of 40.0-40.1 cmwith mass concentration of 5.0 %, with shaking during 5-6 min., and with soaking on water bath (60±2°) for 15-16 min, and with cooling to 20±2 °C. After that the upper layer is taken with pipette in amount of 2.5-2.7 cmto dry conical test tube where 0.5-0.6 g of anhydrous sulfuric natrium is placed, with light shaking and quick measurement of absorption of solution of the pink-crimson color on photo-electro-colorimeter at wavelength 475±10 nm (green color filter) in cuvette with thickness of light absorption 5 mm and following use of calibration graph and calculation of content of histamine.
