In at least two inner edges of the spacer frame openings are provided, the light-emitting diodes are rigidly fixed in the spacer frame in front of the openings at the opposite wall of the frame, in the inner closed space, the additional sheet is in dimension of the inner perimeter of the spacer frame, and at least two ends of the sheets that are located in front of the openings are cut in such way that those have lugs coinciding by dimension with the openings in the spacer frame, and placed into those openings, with tight fixation, though without touch to the light-emitting diodes, an additional sheet, the inner closed space of the insulating glass unit is filled with dried air or gas, or mix of those, or vacuum, on at least one of the surfaces of any outer sheet of optically transparent material film is fixed.
