A method for use of preparation needles at work with paraffin histological sections includes taking paraffin sections from the blade of the microtome knife and spreading those over the glass. While using preparation needles in the work with histological paraffin sections the section of the histological investigation object is not touched, and the needle is held in paraffin area.
