The device includes a branch pipe that connects the tube of water supply to the tube for connection of the bowl to the lavatory pan, to the branch pipe the check valve, valve and meter are mounted, at that the working element of the shutoff valve is connected to the start key mounted on the wall at distance of hand touch from the pan.
