METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS OF SOURCES OF HEMATURIA BY MEANS OF MSCT-UROGRAPHY

A method for differential diagnostics of the sources of hematuria by means of MSCT-urography includes the phase without intravenous contrasting with adequately filled urinary bladder, with following sequential introduction of non-ionic contrast substance (iodinehexole-350 in total dose 1,5 ml/kg of body mass) - 30 % just after the native phase; 30 % in 300 sec. after introduction of the first dose and 40 % - in 360 sec. with bolus-triggering by abdomen aorta (with scanning from the level of the left adrenal gland to the pelvis diaphragm) with sequential scanning at the 60-th min. in patients with asymmetrical excretion of contrast substance, with obligatory peroral hydration in dose of 15 ml/kg of body mass of patient in 80 min, before investigation.
