Disclosed is a method for determination of effect of metabolic imbalance of vitamin Bwith its antagonist oxythiamine on contraction activity of diaphragmatic muscle through introduction of antagonist of vitamin Boxythiamine. Besides that, registration of characteristics of contraction activity of diaphragm is carried out, and by deflections of those from norm the effect of distortion of metabolism of vitamin Bon activity of diaphragmatic muscle is determined.
