METHOD FOR IMMUNE DIAGNOSTICS OF THE STAGE OF GENERALIZED PURULENT PERITONITIS

A method for immune diagnostics of the stages of generalized purulent peritonitis consists in the determination in patient’s blood serum at hospitalization, at the stage of preparation to surgical correction, of pro-inflammatory interleukin-1 and marker of cell immunity CD95. If the value of IL-1 is 34±1.3 pg/ml and CD95 is 7.4±0.04 % the reactive stage is diagnosed. If the value of IL-1 is 72.0±2.0 pg/ml and CD95 is 7.9±0.05 % the toxic stage is diagnosed. If the value of IL-1 is 120.0±3.2 pg/ml and CD95 is 8.4±0.06 % the terminal stage of generalized purulent peritonitis is diagnosed.
