The method for treating neoplasm of conjunctiva comprises the surgical excision with microwave knife. Prior to surgery and after surgery, the afferent blood vessels are subjected to thermotherapy with diode laser at 810 nm, exposure of 60 s and energy of 250-600 kJ/cm2 in shingled mode.
