A device for stabilization of dynamical process of destruction of firm ground or rocks includes basic machine with hydro-drive of executive equipment and attached hydro-percussion device, this has hydraulic link to the hydraulic drive of basic machine, three-position distribution valve, this is hydraulically connected to the bottom and head of the pressing hydraulic cylinder. To the piston cavity of the pressing hydraulic cylinder through additional hydraulic line multiplier is connected, this has a body with a spring-supported piston and a rod. Between the rod and the body a multiplication chamber is formed, there lyophobic system (working medium) is placed, with given volume, with property of powerful dissipation of energy of pulse repercussion from the hydro-percussion device.
