A method for the maintaining treatment following the dental implantation in the chronic catarrhal gingivitis and generalized periodontitis comprises the use of calcium-containing formulations and antiresorbents. In addition, probiotic, antibacterial and immunomodulating drugs are used that are selected in differential mode depending on the initial level of the hygiene of the oral cavity.
