A system for forced stop of vehicles at approaches to railway crossings includes a curvilinear, straight with long inclination and straight horizontal sections, metal road barrier with baffler, stationary element for forced decrease of velocity, electro-mechanical gate with easily deformable barrier beam, on the lower facet of this one metal-rubber rods with sharp free ends are fixed, to those direct current is connected with voltage above 12 volts. Additionally the system includes a device of the type “Roll-table”, this comprises a set of metal cylinders with lengths min 3.75 m, those are tightly placed in one plane, arranged with possibility to rotate separately and in free way with respect to the long axis in any direction, those go by 3÷5 cm over the level of the traffic areas, at the length of the device up to 7 m, with rest in the span on minimum two roller bearings. At the end facets the cylinders have semi-axles, those at part of the lengths nearer to the end facet rest on roll (slide) bearings, and at the opposite section of the length the semi-axles have electromagnetic friction brake clutches, those are connected by energy to the electro-mechanical gate. All the bearing elements rest on the foundation.
