METHOD FOR PREPARING SKIN-FAT FLAP FOR GRAFTING

摘要

A method for preparing skin-fat flap for grafting comprises non-traumatic cut of the flap from aponeurosis followed by its adaptation consisting in daily soaking of the area contacting aponeurosis with the ozonized physiologic saline at ozone concentration of 30±3 mg/L for 7±1 days. The flap is cut along the prepared avascular area.
