Installation for accumulating noncombustible fuel comprises a fuel chamber over which the device for taking heat from chimney is placed, this is arranged as a double-case tube and o heat takeoff to consumer, and a device for collecting noncombustible fuel. The last device is arranged in form of three tanks, each of those includes the cutoff valves, explosive valve and a compressor for pressing fuel discharge.
