The construction element has side and top and bottom faces, and therein the upper and lower faces are parallel to each other. At the side of the upper face two or more recesses are arranged, with curved side surfaces, and at the bottom face protrusions with curved side surfaces are arranged, coaxially with the recesses, at that the protrusions have geometric sizes in horizontal and vertical directions smaller compared to geometric sizes of recesses by thickness of the mortar layer.
