The method of obtaining positive serum for diagnostics of pseudotubercular enteritis in complement binding assay includes bacterial cultivation in synthetic environment, preparation of immunogenic medication for immunization and hyperimmunization, blood sampling and separation of the target product. The infective agent of pseudotubercular enteritis is "Demetra" strain, liquid paraffin is used as an adjuvant and rabbits are used as animals-producers. Immunogenic medication is injected 3 times.
