Genetically modified plants with altered inflorescence

The present invention relates to genetically modified plants expressing alteredinflorescence. More particularly, expression of at least two flavonoid 3'5'hydroxylases and at least one dihydroflavonol-4-reductase is achieved, leadingto the production of dephinidin pigments and altered colour phenotypes.
