[Problem] To provide a device for calculating the amount of reduced fuel consumption, and a program for displaying the calculation, as well as a device for calculating the amount of reduced CO₂ exhaust, and a program for displaying the calculation, for quantifying the amount of reduced fuel consumption and the amount of reduced CO₂ exhaust of a vehicle, dryer, or other combustion equipment. [Solution] A device (10) for calculating the amount of reduced fuel consumption receives input of baseline data (14, 16) of a vehicle prior to the mounting of a combustion enhancement device, and projected data (18, 20) of the vehicle after mounting, and thereby displays a value obtained by subtracting the annual fuel consumption amount included in the projected data from a value obtained by dividing the annual travel distance included in the projected data by the fuel consumption rate of the baseline data. A device (34) for calculating amount of reduced CO₂ exhaust displays a value obtained by subtracting the amount of exhaust calculated by multiplying an exhaust coefficient and the annual fuel consumption amount included in the projected data from an exhaust amount calculated by multiplying the exhaust coefficient of the fuel of the vehicle and a value obtained by dividing the annual travel distance included in the projected data by the fuel consumption rate of the baseline data.
