The present invention relates to an eco-solvent soft and smooth treating agent for yangbuck leather used in a posterior section process of synthetic leather, consisting of the following components: modified polyurethane resin, butyl acetate, isopropanol, silica matting powder, modified organic silicon and polyethylene micropowder. The present invention further relates to a preparation method of the eco-solvent soft and smooth treating agent for yangbuck leather. The eco-solvent soft and smooth treating agent for yangbuck leather described in the present invention conforms to the environmental protection standard of EU; the synthetic leather treated with the treating agent has a natural luster and a soft and smooth touch sense and has an excellent comprehensive effect in hand feel, visual effect and the like. The method of the present invention is simple in process and low in production cost.
