PRESSURE ASSISTED TEXTILE DYE PRESSING ROLLER PREVENTING UNEVEN PRESSURE FROM CENTRE TO EDGES

Disclosed is a pressure assisted textile dye pressing roller preventing uneven pressure from the centre to the edges. The roller comprises a pair of pressing rollers (1). The outside of the pressing rollers (1) is coated with a rubber layer. Two sides of the pressing rollers (1) are respectively provided with a metal roller (2). The outside of the metal rollers (2) has a pressure-exerting apparatus. The direction of pressure of the pressure-exerting apparatus passes through the axis of the metal rollers (2) and the pressing rollers (1). The pressure assisted textile dye pressing roller preventing uneven pressure from the centre to the edges firmly presses on the metal rollers (2) via a compressor block (9), exerting pressure on the metal rollers (2). The metal rollers (2) transfer the pressure to the pressing rollers (1) to overcome the deformation of the pressing rollers (1), making the pressure of the pressing rollers (1) even, and thereby solving the problem of colour differentiation from the centre to the edges. By means of the metal rollers (2) transferring the pressure of the compressor block (9), the compressor block (9) does not directly make contact with the rubber layer on the outside of the pressing rollers (1), and thus will not abrade the rubber of the pressing rollers (1) and the service life of the pressing rollers (1) will not be affected.
