The present invention relates to a composition of combined culture soil and flowerpot, to a method for manufacturing the combined culture soil and flowerpot, and to a combined culture soil and flowerpot manufactured by said method. The composition comprises hardwood charcoal, dolomite, a solid-phase firming agent, a liquid-phase hardening agent, and water extracted from a mineral-water mixture. The composition has advantages in that said composition serves as both culture soil and a flowerpot and does not create a mess of the surrounding area of the flowerpot even if the flowerpot falls. The composition has excellent hydrating properties, effects of promoting growth of flowers, superior humidification effects, and significantly excellent deodorization and electromagnetic shielding effects.
