Disclosed are: a transnasal labeling composition for tissues of the central nervous system, which can migrate into the central nervous system through the olfactory epithelium and then the olfactory bulb when administered transnarsally to label the central nervous system; a method for labeling tissues of the central nervous system in a non-invasive manner through a route of administration which causes less migration throughout the body; and a screening method using the transnasal labeling composition for tissues of the central nervous system.Specifically disclosed is a transnasal labeling composition for tissues of the central nervous system, which is characterized by comprising at least one compound represented by a chemical formula selected from general formulae (1) and (2) as an active ingredient and can migrate into tissues of the central nervous system through the olfactory epithelium and then the olfactory bulb in vivo when administered transnarsally to label the tissues.
