CHARGING POLICY METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ROAMING LOCAL SERVICE

Disclosed are a charging policy method and device for roaming local service in the present invention. The method comprises: a V-OCS receives the credit control request message sent by a PCEF, wherein the credit control request message is used for requiring the current user's credit limit required for performing charging by a PCEF; the V-OCS judges if the service requested by the current user is a roaming local service or not according to the credit control request message, if the result is yes, sending a credit threshold request message to a H-OCS and receiving the credit threshold response message sent back by the H-OCS, wherein the credit threshold response message carries the credit limit which the current user is capable of using in the visited network authorized by the home network; the V-OCS determines the credit limit according to the credit threshold, carries the credit limit in the credit control response message and sends it to the PCEF to perform charging. The present invention achieves the effect of easily enabling the processing of creating the roaming local service session, modifying and ending the process.
